This year, the festival transformed Mimico Square in Amos Waites Park into a vibrant open- air dance space with free workshops and an interactive dance floor mural, designed with physical distancing in mind. In August, the neighbourhood came together, once again, to enjoy dancing Vernacular Jazz, Afro Cuban, Soca, Flamenco, Salsa, and West African Dance! Take a look at the list of featured artists. Our season finale was nominated for People’s Choice Award at Ontario Culture Days 2021. The interactive dance floor mural is featured on the ArtworxTO Map and remains open for everyone to explore.
